Storing our wine
Vintages of Château Plaisance is well suited for ageing. You can store them between 5 and 12 years. Ideally, wines should be stored in a dark place, in a cool wine cellar with limited variation in temperature throughout the year.
Proper humidity (75-80%) also favours proper ageing.
Electric "wine cellar" units are another way of obtaining these characteristics.
